I’m Emma and I have debt.
Seems sensible to just get to the point. This truth hurts for me so why tip toe around it?
After avidly following several personal finance blogs and Instagram accounts for a couple of months now I thought it was about time I made my own contributions to the #debtfreecommunity. The support I have seen exchanged amongst those openly battling their finances amazes me. I’m really looking forward to becoming a part of it all.
I have a challenge ahead of me and so I want to use this platform to share my progress and the methods of money making and money saving that I use to chip away at the total.
I aim to be as open and honest as possible, good days and bad, so that anyone in a similar situation to mine might find some comfort in my posts and perhaps even some guidance as I work my way through my debt. It sucks to be in this position, but I know it’s not the end of the world. If I work hard I can be clear of it soon.
You’ll be able to follow along with my story on Instagram too, find me under the name @mydebtdiary
Say hello in the comments, I’m so glad you decided to drop by!
